Delaney Park is built around the 7.25 acre park of the same name just South of Downtown Orlando off Orange Avenue. It has a great Little League association. The main intersection is Briarcliff and Delaney Avenue. This neighborhood has many two story homes. It is a superb neighborhood for doctors and nurses who want a short walk to work at Orlando Regional and Arnold Palmer Hospital. It is right next to Lake Cherokee and Lake Davis, Lancaster Heights and Lake Copeland is in the neighborhood. One of the attractions to the neighborhood is the kids going to Boone High School.
